I had a plumber out yesterday to clear a shower drain and he couldnt get it cleared and wanted to break out the floor I told the guy to leave ! Luckily Garret plumbing had left me a voicemail from the day before so I reached out to him . I talked to him briefly and they went out within 2 hours and fixed the problem.  Verified We've used this company twice now, and both experiences have been great. Most recently, our water heater suddenly started leaking on a Sunday morning, leaving us without hot water. Even though they were already booked, I sent photos and explained the situation, and they were able to fit us in first thing Monday morning. They replaced the water heater quickly and did an excellent job. Everything was handled professionally, and the pricing was fair. They completed the job on time, professionally, leaving the area clean when they were done.  I highly recommend Garrett and will use them on future jobs.  Worth noting is that the bid from Parker and Sons was more than double and done by someone who kept adding unneeded extras - beware.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Dave Garrett does not do the work himself but has another very unprofessional plumber do it instead. That guy cursed the whole time on the job and did not even do the job I wanted but instead took the toilet off and supposedly used 2 wax rings for a leak that was not even that bad. Won't refund my money and just hung up the phone when I tried to send him pictures of the water pouring out if the base of the toilet. Submitting a complaint to the Arizona Registor of Contractors and will purse legal action for the 500 dollars he charged me to reset a toilet that did not leak.

 Verified The company installing our new washer broke a pipe inside the wall, turned off the water and told us to call a plumber!  Verified I had a plumber install my water softener about 6 months ago.  He used PVC for the water supply and it began to leak at the connection to the water supply. I called three times over several days with no call backs after leaving a voicemail message. I contacted GARRETT PLUMBING. They explained to me the previous plumber incorrectly connected the PVC  pipes.  GARRETT fixed the leak in a timely manner at a reasonable cost.  Verified We called about having our water heater going bad and needing to be replaced.  We contacted Garrett Plumbing and they responded that same day, and came out to the house.  After discussing the issue, we were able to get a quote  that Monday, and Dave immediately put us on the schedule for Thursday to get a new water heater.  They showed up on time and a couple hours later, BOOM we had a new 50 gallon water heater!  The guys were very professional and kind.  Work was done with care.  I'd call them again hands down!

 Verified Updating my review.  The outdoor faucet that I paid to have him fix started leaking again after about a year.  I called about them fixing it but they said they only warranty for 1 year.  He said I could pay him to come out to fix it again but I asked why I would pay the same person to fix it twice when it should have been fixed correctly the first time, and he said "perhaps you should call another plumber" and hung up on me.  I would not recommend this company as they charge higher than average for sub-par work that they don't stand behind.  Not to mention his customer service skills are garbage.
